My Corfu Travel – Transfers & Excursions
By booking a transfer or excursion with My Corfu Travel, you agree to the following simple terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be requested via email at info@mycorfutravel.com.
Please include full details: name, date, time, pickup & drop-off location, number of passengers, and travel details (flight/ferry if applicable).
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are correct.
2. Prices & Payment
Transfers
No deposit is required.
Payment is made directly to the driver on the day of the service.
Prices are agreed in advance via email.
No hidden costs. The confirmed price is the final price.
Excursions
Payment terms (advance or on the day) are clearly stated in your confirmation email.
The confirmed price includes only what is mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Optional extras, entrance fees, meals, or personal expenses are not included unless clearly stated.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Any cancellation or change must be sent via email as soon as possible.
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup time without prior notice ("no-show"), the full amount may be charged.
For excursions, cancellation terms may vary depending on the activity or third-party provider.
Changes are valid only after written confirmation from My Corfu Travel.
4. Waiting Time & Delays (Transfers)
Reasonable waiting time for airport and port pickups is included.
Please provide correct flight or ferry details.
We are not responsible for missed transfers due to incorrect information.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or road conditions are beyond our control and do not entitle compensation.
5. Excursions
Some excursions may be operated by trusted third-party partners.
In such cases, we act as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for operational changes made by the provider.
Programs may change due to weather or safety reasons.
In case of cancellation due to weather or insufficient participation, you will be offered:
An alternative date/service, or
A refund (where applicable).
6. Child Safety
ISOfix baby seats and booster seats are available free of charge upon request for transfers.
Please inform us in advance to ensure availability.
7. Passenger Responsibility
All passengers must follow safety regulations and driver/guide instructions.
Seat belts are mandatory by Greek law.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or similar circumstances.
In such cases:
Transfers: prepaid amounts remain as credit for future use.
Excursions: refunds depend on supplier policies or may be offered as credit.
9. Legal
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
